Ingredients

Preparation
- While pasta is cooking in salted water cut half an onion and brown it in a frying pan, thinly slice a zucchini, add it to the onion and cook for about 5 minutes: yes must be cooked but crunchy.
- Add a tablespoon of mascarpone cream and lots of what is necessary to obtain a creamy consistency.
- Add the pasta and a little 'cooking water so it does not dry too.
- Serve with a generous grinding of black pepper.
