Ingredients
| 6 | egg |
| 250 g | fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda |
| 100 g | ham |
| extra virgin olive oil | |

Preparation
- Break the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt and a handful of pepper.
- Beat the eggs lightly to incorporate air.
- Place a pan on the stove over medium heat and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- At this point, pour the eggs into the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Obtain 4 omelettes and place them on a plate.
- Add the Ricotta Sterilgarda, a handful of pepper and the cooked ham.
- Fold the omelettes in half and serve garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
