Ingredients
250 g | porcini mushrooms |
25 g | flour |
1/2 L | vegetable broth |
q.b. | chives |
50 g | butter |
0.25 L | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
1 | small onion |
q.b. | bread croutons |
Preparation
- Melt the butter in a baking dish at 350 W and add the sliced porcini or champignon mushrooms and a chopped onion.
- Microwave for 8 minutes at 750W, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Add 25g of flour, dilute with 1/2 litre of vegetable stock and cook for 6 minutes.
- Add the Sterilgarda whole milk, mix and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes and serve the mushroom cream in single-serving baking dishes, garnished with mushrooms and chopped chives.
