Ingredients
| 250 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 100 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 4 slices | Rump of beef |
| 1/2 shot | brandy |
| j.e. | garlic |
| j.e. | rosemary |
| 100 g | baked ham |
Preparation
- Add the mascarpone, ham and strakì to the veal slices
- Roll up the slices and create rolls
- Cook the rolls in a pan with sauteed oil and garlic
- Deglaze with brandy
- When cooked, remove the rolls and add the mascarpone to the seasoning
- Cover the rolls with the sauce obtained
