Filetto al Pepe Verde

800 g fillet of beef
1 tablespoon green pepper (peppercorns)
2 tablespoon brandy
2 tablespoon mustard
j.e. salt
30 g butter
150 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
150 mL cooking cream Sterilgarda
  1. Cut the beef into slices
  2. Add the previously crushed green pepper
  3. Boil the fillet on a high flame for 2 minutes
  4. Remove the slices from the pan
  5. Add the brandy to the remaining cooking juices
  6. Add the mustard
  7. Add the mascarpone
  8. Place the fillet in the pan for a few minutes
