Ingredients
| 360 g | pasta |
| 1 bunch | rocket |
| 40 g | peeled almonds |
| 120 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 3 tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil |
| to taste | salt |
| 1 cloves | garlic |
Preparation
- Put the rocket, almonds, oil, garlic and a little salt to taste in a blender. Chop everything.
- Boil water with coarse salt for the pasta.
- Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, reserving two tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Add the rocket pesto and the Sterilgarda Mascarpone or Sterilgarda Lactose Free Mascarpone to the pasta and mix with the cooking water.
- Serve and enjoy.
