Ingredients
350 g | dry biscuits |
250 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
100 mL | Coffee |
50 g | granulated sugar |
60 g | chopped hazelnuts |
to taste | bitter cocoa |
Preparation
- In a bowl, place the Sterilgarda Mascarpone, the sugar, the coffee and the chopped hazelnuts.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
- Crush the dry biscuits in a food processor.
- Add the crushed biscuits to the mixture a little at a time and mix.
- When the mixture is smooth, form balls with your hands the size of a walnut.
- Pass the balls of dough through the bitter cocoa.
- Arrange them in a bowl or in paper cups and leave in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
