Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
250 g of Mascarpone Sterilgarda
200 mL Whipping Cream Sterilgarda
300 g ladyfingers biscuits
500 g Strawberries
100 mL water
Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, dry them, and cut them into thin slices. Then, place about 200 g of strawberries in a blender with the water and 50 g of sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
  2. Whip the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream until stiff. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together, then add the Sterilgarda Mascarpone, stirring from the bottom up. Gently fold the cream into the mixture with a spatula, then add the whipped egg whites. Continue mixing until smooth.
  3. Soak the ladyfingers in the resulting liquid and place them at the base of the tiramisu container. Cover the ladyfingers with a layer of the prepared mixture and then create another layer, covering the sides of the cake well.
  4. Cover the last layer of tiramisu with strawberries to decorate.
  5. Place the Tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy.
