Ingredients
| 250 g | lasagna sheets |
| 500 g | pumpkin |
| 500 mL | Sterilgarda béchamel sauce |
| 1 rametti | rosemary |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
| q.b. | grated parmesan cheese |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it in a pan with oil and rosemary until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper and lightly mash the pumpkin with a fork.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Sterilgarda béchamel sauce.
- Alternate layers of lasagna sheets, pumpkin, Sterilgarda béchamel sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Continue until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with Sterilgarda béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
- Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
