Ingredients
| 3 | carrot |
| 200 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 2 | eggs |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | Grated bread |
Preparation
- Blanch the carrots for 10 minutes in water as soon as it starts to boil.
- In a bowl combine the Strakì Sterilgarda, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt, eggs and mix everything with a fork.
- Once the carrots are cooked, mash them into the mixture you just made and mix everything together.
- Form the meatballs with your hands, coat them in breadcrumbs and place them in a container with baking paper.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Serve.
Warm the Sterilgarda milk without bringing it to the boil, add the sugar and let it dissolve. Pour the milk over the yeast and leave to rest for 10 minutes ...
