Ingredients
| 250 g | ham |
| 250 mL | bechamel Sterilgarda |
| 120 g | gruyère |
| 8 | slices of bread |
Preparation
- Toast the slices of bread in the toaster or in the oven until lightly golden.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread a scant spoonful of Sterilgarda Béchamel on each slice.
- Sprinkle with some Gruyère, grated with a coarse grater.
- Add the ham.
- Cover with another scant tablespoon of béchamel and more Gruyère.
- Close the sandwiches with the remaining 4 slices of toasted bread and complete with more béchamel sauce and cheese.
- Brown under the grill at maximum power for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve the croque-monsieur hot and stringy.
