Ingredients
| 500 mL | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| 5 g | agar agar |
| 100 g | sugar |
| 3 | lime |
Preparation
- Mix the sugar, agar agar, zest and juice of two limes directly in a saucepan.
- Gradually add the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream, mixing with a whisk.
- Bring to the boil and stir for 10 minutes.
- Turn off just before it starts to boil.
- Transfer the lime panna cotta into small glasses or bowls and leave to cool to room temperature.
- Serve cold with lime zest and slices to garnish.
