Zucchini and Strakì Savory Pie

Ingredients
300 g 00 flour
1 cucchiaino salt
1 cucchiaino sugar
1 sachet of instant yeast for savory dishes
6 cucchiai extra virgin olive oil
160 mL whole milk Sterilgarda
600 g zuchinis
q.b. salt
250 g strakì Sterilgarda
3 eggs
40 g grated cheese
Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the courgettes into slices.
  2. Pour two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the zucchini into a nonstick pan. Turn on the heat and brown. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes, then season with salt.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast for savory pies. Mix well, then add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the cold Sterilgarda whole milk.
  4. Mix everything together with a fork.
  5. When the dough can no longer be worked with a fork, knead with your hands until you obtain a well-combined dough.
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and transfer it to a 30 cm round baking pan, greased with oil.
  7. Also form a 4-5 cm high edge.
  8. In a bowl, mix together the Strakì, the eggs, two tablespoons of oil, the grated cheese and the courgettes.
  9. Pour the filling over the pastry inside the mold and bake in a static oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
