Ingredients
400 g | short striped pasta |
400 g | mix of cheeses |
3 | eggs |
350 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
to taste | salt |
to taste | pepper |
to taste | grated cheese |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° and butter a baking dish.
- Cook the pasta and drain it al dente, then pour a layer of pasta into the baking dish.
- Cover with grated cheese (use the mix and save the parmesan for the final layer), add more pasta, cover with more cheese and finish with a layer of pasta and one of cheese.
- Beat eggs, salt, pepper and Sterilgarda Whole Milk with a fork.
- Pour the mixture directly into the baking dish without mixing the pasta.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook in a fan oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and put back in the oven until a crust has formed on the surface (about 5 minutes).
- Before serving, let it settle for a couple of minutes.
