Ingredients
| 1 | puff pastry roll |
| 350 g | Sterilgarda ricotta |
| 5 | ripe figs |
| 6 | raw ham slices |
| 1 | spoonful of honey (optional) |

Preparation
- Roll out the puff pastry on a 25 cm baking tray and prick the base with a fork.
- Mix the Sterilgarda ricotta with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of honey. Spread it on the pastry.
- Arrange the sliced figs on top.
- Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the crust is golden.
- Add the prosciutto and chives at the end of cooking. Serve warm, perhaps with a drizzle of honey for a delicious contrast.
