250 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
100 g strakì Sterilgarda
4 slices Rump of beef
1/2 shot brandy
j.e. garlic
j.e. rosemary
100 g baked ham
  1. Add the mascarpone, ham and strakì to the veal slices
  2. Roll up the slices and create rolls
  3. Cook the rolls in a pan with sauteed oil and garlic
  4. Deglaze with brandy
  5. When cooked, remove the rolls and add the mascarpone to the seasoning
  6. Cover the rolls with the sauce obtained
