Ingredients
350 g | fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda |
2 | medium eggs |
q.b. | table salt |
q.b. | black pepper |
q.b. | breadcrumbs |
q.b. | sunflower seed oil |
Preparation
- Cut the Ricotta Sterilgarda into slices and then into cubes of approximately 3 cm.
- Pour the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat them with a fork.
- In another bowl, pour the breadcrumbs. With one hand, pass the cubes in the egg and with the other in the breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the cubes to a tray lined with baking paper.
- Heat the oil in a pan that is not too wide. Bring it to 170° and then immerse 4-5 pieces at a time.
- Brown them for 1-2 minutes then turn them with a spoon or fork and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- When the cubes are golden, drain them using a slotted spoon and transfer them to a tray lined with absorbent paper.
- Continue frying all the others and serve the morsels while still hot.

Warm the Sterilgarda milk without bringing it to the boil, add the sugar and let it dissolve. Pour the milk over the yeast and leave to rest for 10 minutes ...
