1 puff pastry roll
350 g Sterilgarda ricotta
5 ripe figs
6 raw ham slices
1 spoonful of honey (optional)

Preparation
  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a 25 cm baking tray and prick the base with a fork.
  2. Mix the Sterilgarda ricotta with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of honey. Spread it on the pastry.
  3. Arrange the sliced ​​figs on top.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the crust is golden.
  5. Add the prosciutto and chives at the end of cooking. Serve warm, perhaps with a drizzle of honey for a delicious contrast.
