Ingredients
| 500 g | chicken breast |
| 50 g | 00 flour |
| 50 g | pine nuts |
| 120 g | water |
| 200 mL | low-fat white yogurt |
| extra virgin olive oil | |

Preparation
- Clean the chicken breast of cartilage and bones and cut it into cubes of the same size.
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl, add the salt and flour and mix well to coat the meat evenly.
- Remove excess flour with a sieve.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the pine nuts and toast them for a few minutes.
- Once the pine nuts are golden, add the floured chicken pieces, mix and let them brown for a few minutes, then add the water.
- Prepare the sauce by combining the turmeric with the Sterilgarda Low Fat White Yogurt in a bowl.
- Mix the mixture well until you obtain a cream.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and stir over low heat to combine.
- Serve the chicken bites with yogurt and turmeric accompanied by bread or basmati rice.
