INGREDIENTS

  • Panna da cucina Sterilgarda 100ml
  • Mascarpone Sterilgarda 100g
  • Strakì Sterilgarda 80g
  • Zucchine 500g
  • Riso vialone nano 300g
  • Porro q.b.
  • Burro 70g
  • Brodo vegetale 1l
  • Parmigiano 50g
  • Vino bianco q.b.

PREPARATION

  • Affettare il porro e le zucchine
  • In una padella antiaderente soffriggere il porro
  • Aggiungere le zucchine
  • Aggiungere il riso e sfumare con il vino
  • Aggiungere il resto degli ingredienti e mescolare
  • Mantecare con il burro
  • Aggiungere il parmigiano
