| 180 g | sugar |
| 130 g | flour |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 teaspoon | lievito per dolci |
| 50 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 4 | Sterilgarda chocolate pudding jars |
| 1 sachets | of vanilla |
| q.b. | powdered sugar |
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
- Add 50 milliliters of Sterilgarda Whole Milk, the flour and finally the vanilla and baking powder.
- Spread the dough on a 30x30 pan covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove the biscuit dough from the oven and place it on a sheet of baking paper, turn it upside down onto a work surface and gently remove the sheet of baking paper that was underneath.
- Spread the Sterilgarda Chocolate Pudding over the entire surface and roll up the cake.
- Dust the surface with icing sugar and serve the roll by cutting it into slices.
