Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onion, chilli and coriander.
  2. Then take the avocado, cut it in half and remove the stone. Using a spoon, extract the pulp and place it inside a container with high edges.
  3. Then pour in the oil, squeeze the limes and add the juice; blend everything with an immersion blender until you get a smooth cream. Add the chopped coriander and onions.
  4. Mix everything together and set aside in the refrigerator.
  5. Meanwhile, place the slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease lightly and toast at 200° for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the Sterilgarda mascarpone on half and the avocado cream on the other half, then decorate with the strawberries and honey.
  7. Your avocado toasts are ready.

Preparation
  1. Tritare finemente cipolla, peperoncino e coriandolo.
  2. Prendere poi l'avocado, dividerlo a metà ed eliminare il nocciolo. Utilizzando un cucchiaio estrarre la polpa e posizionarla all'interno di un contenitore dai bordi alti.
  3. Versare poi l'olio, spremere i lime e aggiungere il succo; frullare il tutto con un mixer ad immersione fino ad ottenere una crema liscia. Aggiungere il coriandolo tritato e le cipolle.
  4. Mescolare il tutto e tenere da parte in frigorifero.
  5. Nel frattempo porre le fette di pane su una leccarda foderata con la carta forno, ungere leggermente e tostare a 200° per circa 5 minuti.
  6. Spalmare su metà il mascarpone Sterilgarda e sull'altra metà la crema di avocado, poi decorare con le fragole e con il miele.
  7. I vostri toast di avocado sono pronti.
