Preparation
- Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, then marinate them in lemon juice.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, Ricotta Sterilgarda, egg, yeast, sugar and melted butter and work the dough.
- Add the apples and cinnamon powder to the mixture and use a spoon to form circles of mixture on baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
