Ingredients
100 g UHT Ricotta Cheese Sterilgarda
100 g strakì Sterilgarda
1 rolls puff pastry
150 g zucchini
80 g mozzarella
Preparation
  1. Grate the courgettes
  2. Cut the mozzarella into cubes
