- Prepare 80 g of coffee with a moka pot and leave to cool
- Blend the ladyfingers in a mixer
- Place the mascarpone in a bowl, add the coffee at room temperature and the icing sugar
- Work the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency and finally add the chopped ladyfingers
- Mix to combine everything
- Take the dough with a teaspoon and shape it into balls.
- Pass the balls over a cocoa surface to cover them.
- Place on baking paper and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator and consume within 2 days
