Preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour.
- In a pan over low heat, add oil and butter; as soon as the bottom is very hot, place the chicken and let it brown.
- As soon as they are golden brown, blend with the white wine.
- As soon as the alcohol has completely evaporated, add the 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice and leave to cook, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pineapple cubes and mix.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper halfway through cooking.
- Serve in a bowl or on a plate, garnishing as desired.
