Preparation
  1. Cut the pineapple into small wedges.
  2. Pour the Sterilgarda pineapple juice, coconut milk and white rum into a blender.
  3. Blend for 15/20 seconds.
  4. Add about ten ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds or until the ice is crushed; the cocktail should be frothy.
  5. Pour into glasses, add a straw and decorate with a pineapple wedge.

  1. Tagliare l’ananas e ricavare dei piccoli spicchi.
  2. Versare in un frullatore il succo di ananas Sterilgarda, il latte di cocco e il rum bianco.
  3. Frullare per 15/20 secondi.
  4. Unire una decina di cubetti di ghiaccio e frullare per altri 20 secondi o fino a quando il ghiaccio non sarà tritato.; il cocktail deve risultare spumoso.
  5. Versare nei bicchieri, aggiungere una cannuccia e decorare con uno spicchio di ananas.
