Preparation
- Blanch the broccoli in salted water, once cooled, mash them with a fork in a bowl.
- Add the parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs and salt: work everything until you get a smooth mixture. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Add 6 tablespoons of Strakì Sterilgarda to the mixture and mix.
- Form the meatballs and coat with breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Bake at 180 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes, turning them twice.
- Serve hot or cold.
