Ingredients
200 mL partly skimmed milk Sterilgarda
150 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
1 guinea fowl boneless
100 g bacon
orange fruit juice Sterilgarda
100 g White bread
1 eggs
100 g champignon mushrooms
Preparation
  1. Sauté the mushrooms with oil and garlic
  2. Blend the mushrooms
  3. Wet the sandwich bread in the milk
  4. Add the mascarpone to the rest of the ingredients
  5. Fill the guinea fowl and roll with the bacon
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 90 minutes (after 30 minutes add the orange juice)
